When you create a puzzle, the photo you select is uploaded to our servers to generate puzzle tiles and share with recipients. We store these images securely and only use them for the purpose of creating and delivering puzzles.

• App usage statistics (puzzles created, puzzles solved, completion times)
• Crash reports and performance data

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App

The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We request your consent before showing personalized ads in compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations. You can choose to see non-personalized ads or decline ads consent at any time through the App settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Google AdMob (advertising)
• Other users: When you share a puzzle, the recipient can see the puzzle image and your display name
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies. Images are stored in secure cloud storage. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
